Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Quotes are valid for 14 days.

These TERMS AND CONDITIONS are applicable when booking any makeup service, training or wedding service (makeup service) with Billee Eames. Makeup Artist (or any sub-contractor agreed to upon booking).

By paying a deposit, you fully agree to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. Bookings are fully secure once deposit has been received. An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the deposit funds paid in full.

2. A 50% of the total booking amount is required to secure your date. This will be deducted from your total amount.

3. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE

4. Billee Eames . Makeup Artist has the right to accept another booking if deposit has not been received.

5. All balance payments must be finalised prior to or on the day of your makeup service. No exceptions. Payment method is by direct deposit or cash.

6. A travel fee may be charged dependant on location.

7. Where there are additional associated costs such as parking or the request for additional time (where permitted), the client will be required to cover these costs in full. These costs must be paid prior to or on the day of makeup service.

8. To conduct your service, Billee Eames . Makeup Artist will need personal information on each client. This will include but is not limited to: name, venue, address, contact information as well as any medical information that may affect the makeup service. Personal information will be stored as per Privacy Laws. The main request is client allergies. Billee Eames . Makeup Artist asks that all clients take responsibility for any face or skin sensitivities and the client is requested to divulge all information that will or may affect the makeup service.

9. Billee Eames . Makeup Artist will not conduct any makeup service on contagious conditions or concerns which include but are not limited to cold sores and conjunctivitis. Billee Eames . Makeup Artist prides itself on hygiene however special circumstances may arise (the bride for her wedding) where service may continue but certain products used by Billee Eames . Makeup Artist will not be used in the makeup service. Clients may be asked to provide their own products (such as eye shadow, mascara and lipstick applicators) at the cost to the Client or Billee Eames . Makeup Artist can provide these at an extra cost to the Client. If full disclose is not given prior to the day of application where the makeup service cannot continue, full payment of service is required or the client may be charged for replacement of product or applicators.

10. Billee Eames . Makeup Artist requests, upon notification to the client, to take photographs and videos which may be used as promotional/advertising material on social media and other marketing avenues and outlets. Please advise Billee Eames . Makeup Artist immediately if there are any concerns with taking photographs, videos or if you do not wish to have these used as promotional material.

11. Once your deposit is paid and the booking is secure, makeup services cannot reduce, only increase, if time permits. Full payment is required for those makeup services agreed to at the time of the booking plus any additional makeup services agreed.
